Default Safe disenchantment and interupts?

Would this build work? I don't know whether Dark apostasy would actually work this way or not.

[card]Dark Apostasy[/card][card]Way Of The Master[/card][card]Critical Eye[/card][card]Disrupting Accuracy[/card][card]Called Shot[/card][card]Critical Defenses[/card][card]Way Of Perfection[/card][card]Shadow Refuge[/card][card]Resurrection Signet[/card]

Crit Strikes: 12+1+3
Marks: 12
Shadow Arts: the rest (at work, so i can't check the actual stats)

I was thinking for GvG or other such PvP events where preperation for a spike often involves enchant removal, this could keep a target disenchanted from a distance whilst interupting most of their attacks and skills which they may use to escape/heal. And still dealing a fair amount of damage.

any ideas?

Would dark apostasy work this way? or does it only work on daggers? and is it worth it?

EDIT: Swapped Dual Shot for Called Shot.

Removing echantments usually is required to remove blocking enchantments, or bonds.

If you can't hit them, you can't remove an enchantment either? Use called shot instead of dual shit

Yanman's advice is very good.
If you want to try with a spear, take swift javelin, it has a longer recharge though.

ho and you cant have a marksmanship rune
Also, maybe lower critical strikes a bit to have about 8 shadow.

Also a good point, I'm too used to playing as a ranger.
